What does the Maven Filters Limited Lifetime Warranty cover?

This limited lifetime MAVEN warranty guarantees each purchased & serialized MAVEN filter
product to be free from manufacturing defects. All warranty claims must include proof of purchase
with a date, including a description of the items from a licensed MAVEN retailer or online store.
Michael The Maven, LLC reserves the right to repair or replace defective products with new
or like-new condition refurbished parts at its discretion.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser of new or refurbished MAVEN
products through licensed MAVEN retailers. This warranty does not apply to second-hand purchases
from unauthorized resellers. This limited warranty does not cover intentional or impact damage,
damage, or corrosion due to negligence, damage from modification or accident, dropping the product,
loss, or general wear and tear (including cosmetic wear or dents).

Michael The Maven, LLC reserves the right to refuse warranty support in cases of warranty abuse,
deception or where original, dated proof of purchase is unavailable.

Theft replacement is included in this warranty, as long as the original proof of original purchase
and documented police report, including a description of the MAVEN products, are provided.
Theft replacement is limited to one unit replacement per item stolen. Michael, The Maven, agrees
to provide an online warranty registration database for early registration and tracking of warranty support.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any import tariff/VAT if any, when the package arrives.
